Welcome Baby Celebration
Naming Ceremony Decorators in Dehradun
As naming ceremony decorators in Dehradun, we keep the setup gentle and camera-ready — built around the baby’s schedule, not ours.
A welcome-baby celebration is the sequel to the baby shower — smaller, sweeter, and centred entirely on the new arrival. The setup should be gentle, camera-ready and easy on tired new parents.
Gentle, camera-ready decor
Soft-pastel event decor, a name reveal backdrop, balloon clusters and a photo corner for the first family portraits — built at home or a hall, kept calm rather than loud. We set up and clear out around the baby’s schedule, not ours.
Food and keepsakes
Light catering service and a dessert table, plus small keepsake touches for guests. We keep the guest list and setup intimate so the day stays about the family, not the logistics.
We set up welcome-baby celebrations across Dehradun at homes and small venues. Tell us the date and we will build a warm, easy setup.

Frequently Asked Questions
For peak season (October to February) we recommend booking three to four months ahead. Off-season dates are often available at four to six weeks' notice, and we do take on short-notice events when our calendar allows.
Everything you see in the proposal — setup, materials, manpower, transport and teardown — is priced as one figure. GST is shown separately. There are no service charges added afterwards.
Yes. We build every quote from your guest count and priorities, then show you exactly what changes if you move the budget up or down. Nothing is a fixed bundle.
We regularly work across Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar and the wider Doon valley. Travel and stay for the crew is quoted transparently as a separate line.
